Samuel Butler, who was a painter, a writer, and a musician,
basically an artist in England wrote those words.
And I as a fellow artist have observed that
that is so true, that we can actually choose
fun in life.
Another one of my favorite quotes which
puts it into perspective for me is,
“Don’t take life too seriously,
you’ll never get out of it alive.”
