What really is your higher self? For me, the most effective way to know my higher self is to step back behind finite Walter, and see that he really is giving it his best shot. And to nurture him and support him and love him in the deepest spiritual sense
If what you’re doing isn’t working, do something else. Don’t get mad. Don’t feel defeated. Smile that you now know what doesn’t work, and do something else.
