Forgive Yourself

Psychologist Dr. Eldon Taylor has studied forgiveness for over 30 years.

His research shows that we live much healthier lives when we release the anger, guilt, shame and fear by forgiveness.

Taylor says that we know we have forgiven ourselves and others when the memory no longer brings pain or anger.

Dr. Taylor recommends that we often say these 3 lines:

I forgive myself.
I forgive all others.
I am forgiven.
